Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, after a purchase has been made; there is no refund, which means all sales are final. Please make sure you have carefully read the product description before making a purchase.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If there is a problem related to your subscription.
  • If we are unable to continue your membership due to unexpected circumstances.

We always try to resolve subscription/billing related issues you may experience with your account or provide replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued based on the remaining days of your subscription.

Important Notes:

  • If YouTube, Spotify, or any other service provider changes or updates its features or policies, we are not responsible for those changes and cannot issue refunds.
  • Please confirm the expiry date under Account Settings as it is mentioned clearly for many services like YouTube, Spotify at the time of buying.
